Rises with performance — a percentage of the treatment invoice.

The rate is set each month from the volume and the number of patients you refer that month, so it moves up as you produce rather than being fixed at signing. Each month is assessed on its own, and a quiet month never lowers the next one. We send the full rate card, with the bands and the thresholds, when we hear from you.

• ·Calculated on the treatment invoice only. Coordination packages — transfers, interpretation, protocol services — are billed separately and do not carry commission.
• ·The rate is determined for each calendar month from that month's referral volume and patient count. Months are assessed independently and neither volume nor patient count carries over.
• ·Settled once treatment is complete and the hospital has settled with us — within 15 days of the end of the month in which that hospital settlement is received.
• ·Rates apply to clinic-level treatment. Korean regulation caps total facilitation fees by hospital class, so general and tertiary hospital cases carry a separate rate.
• ·A referred patient remains attributed to you for 24 months — covering repeat visits, additional procedures, treatment we arrange at other hospitals, and accompanying family members introduced through the same referral.

Entry

UAE nationals enter Korea without a visa. Other nationalities vary — we supply the invitation documents needed for the application.

Language

English throughout. Arabic and other interpretation arranged per case on request.

Lead time

Quotation within two working days. Appointment availability confirmed at the same time.

Varies by procedure and is confirmed with the quotation, not estimated in advance.
